The hotel's location was convenient for our plans, close to all our stops, but noise from the hallways made it hard to get quality sleep. The rooms were a big letdown in terms of noise levels but were comfortable, clean, and well-sized, which was a relief after a tiring day. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the housekeeping and commercial services, making our stay enjoyable. The location was good for our purpose, near the highway, which was awesome for travelers, but the noise issue with the hall carpets affected our sleep quality.

I was so glad to stay at this hotel! The rooms had a musty smell and were very humid and damp, but the issue was promptly addressed, and a satisfactory change was made. Despite finding a half a peanut stuck in the phone cords, the room was clean overall. The service was excellent, especially as they reserved our 3 rooms together for close family contact. The housekeeping and staff were kind and very helpful. The location was good for our planned activities and shopping, although more seating by the pool would have been nice. The dining experience left something to be desired with limited breakfast options and cold gravy, biscuits, and sausage. However, the homemade pies and jams were a nice touch. The facilities were average, with some areas needing maintenance.
