The hotel's location was convenient for our plans, close to all our stops, but noise from the hallways made it hard to get quality sleep. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the housekeeping and commercial services, making our stay enjoyable. The location was good for our purpose, near the highway, which was awesome for travelers, but the noise issue with the hall carpets affected our sleep quality.
The hotel had nice, clean rooms with a good refrigerator, though the handicap room could be improved. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond for guests. The location was convenient for travelers needing access to the highway but might not be ideal for leisure seekers looking for a more city-centered stay. The dining options were varied, but some felt it was lacking compared to the room price.
I was so glad to stay at this hotel! The rooms had a musty smell and were very humid and damp, but the issue was promptly addressed, and a satisfactory change was made. Despite finding a half a peanut stuck in the phone cords, the room was clean overall. The service was excellent, especially as they reserved our 3 rooms together for close family contact. The housekeeping and staff were kind and very helpful. The location was good for our planned activities and shopping, although more seating by the pool would have been nice. The dining experience left something to be desired with limited breakfast options and cold gravy, biscuits, and sausage. However, the homemade pies and jams were a nice touch. The facilities were average, with some areas needing maintenance.
